For over 31 years in the Construction Management industry, Providing Program and Project Management, Pacifica Services Inc has been providing Total Building Integrated Commissioning (TBIC) Programs to K-12 and Higher Education Clients which goes beyond the typical mechanical and partial electrical commissioning proposed by typical firms. Our TBIC program completes commissioning of building components. Examples are building skin construction, roofing, interior finishes, doors and hardware, and other equipment beyond the building mechanical and electrical systems. All features of the project are reviewed to determine if commissioning is desired. Functional acceptance tests are then prepared and commissioning testing and inspection is completed. Concurrently, building system training is completed with the future building maintenance team.
