In response to growing demand from established clients and the complementary nature of the services, Pacifica has re-established a comprehensive Environmental Program and Project Management Division. Managing the broad spectrum of technical disciplines required to remediate, maintain and improve client’s environmental footprint, Pacifica will assist clients accomplish environmental milestones without creating unnecessary overhead.

Environmental Planning:  Pacifica  is very experienced managing the preparation and review process required under the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) as well as—for projects with Federal involvement (e.g., Federal grants)—the National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA).  In order to fully comply with the requirements of CEQA and NEPA, Pacifica has the expertise required for the preparation of a spectrum of specialty technical documents such as traffic studies, noise analysis, cultural resource studies, biologic resource surveys, health risk assessments, etc.

Litigation Support and Cost Recovery: Pacifica will provide expert support for instances where environmental issues caused by others impact our client’s property and/or operations. Pacifica’s experts have successfully supported the recovery of millions of dollars for clients from other responsible parties.
